limited-overload.de relaunched on Mephisto

limited-overload.de

We just relaunched the website of my little Rails consultancy, limited overload GmbH, on Mephisto Edge.

While we were at it, the coporate identity got a complete overhaul by Moritz Guth, one of our designers. He came up with a refreshingly different template for the website and a unique logo for the company.

The decision for the Mephisto publishing system was made because Mephisto offers easy support for several sections that make up a site (we’re currently using it to separate our work references from the publications). Additionally, Rick’s code simply kicks some serious butt. It’s a pleasure to look at and one of the few projects that you can run on its development code (ie. trunk) without getting a heart attack everytime you svn up because he’s really really committed to his test suite (which is also a pleasure to look at).

In the future, we’re going to start a weblog section over there too, and publish a few essays extracted from our daily business as a Rails consultant and development firm.

Thanks to everyone involved for making this happen.
